5 questions to ask yourself before buying a business
Not just the purchase price. Include working capital, necessary improvements and a cushion for the first few months. We help you size the total investment.
Buying a business in a sector you know greatly reduces the risk. If you want to explore new sectors, good advice is even more important.
Buying to manage is not the same as buying to invest. The type of business and the structure of the deal change completely depending on your answer.
If you don't have a clear answer, you probably need more information before making the decision. We can help you build that plan.
The structure of the purchase (shares vs. assets, an SL — a Spanish limited company — vs. buying as an individual) has important tax implications. Better to know before than after.
